From author Margaret Atwood’s Handmaid’s Tale to director George Miller’s Mad Max series, dystopia as a literary device has spawned vast works of a future that confronts the fears we face today. My sojourn into the life and times of Aldous Huxley incubated my interest in the undesirable future wrought by the consequences of our choices and actions, as reflected in his seminal novel Brave New World.
